Every question we get asked before you commit
Why is a R11,500 website better than a R2,000 one?
A R2,000 website is usually a template a freelancer filled in over a weekend, hosted on someone else's account. It doesn't rank, doesn't convert, and often disappears when the freelancer does. Our R11,500 Growth site is planned around bringing in enquiries, is built on infrastructure you own, and we're still here after launch.
What if I can't pay it all upfront?
You don't have to. Every package can be split 50% deposit and 50% on launch, or three equal monthly payments at no extra cost. We only ask for full payment upfront if you want the 5% discount.
How long does a website take?
Launch is live in 7 working days, Growth in 15, Authority in 4–6 weeks depending on copywriting. That assumes you send content and feedback on time. If you go quiet for a week, the timeline moves by a week — we're honest about that.
What happens after launch — am I on my own?
No. Every build includes the first month of Care free — hosting, backups, monitoring, and one content change. From month two it's R750/month if you'd like us to keep looking after it, or you can take the site elsewhere. Your choice.
Do I own my website?
Yes, fully. The domain sits in your name, the site files belong to you, and the login credentials are handed over on launch day. Ownership is written into the contract. If you leave us, you leave with your website.
What if I don't like the design?
You'll see the design before any code is written. Every package includes two rounds of design revisions built into the price. If we're still not aligned after that, we'll talk — but in practice, the upfront planning session means it rarely gets there.
How soon will I see enquiries?
Honestly, it depends on your sector and how much marketing you do off-site. A well-built local site with a Google Business Profile typically starts pulling enquiries within 4–8 weeks. Anyone promising instant leads is guessing.
Do you work outside Cape Town?
Yes. We're based in Cape Town and know the local market best, but we build for clients across South Africa. The process is the same — everything happens on WhatsApp, email and video calls.
Why choose you over a cheaper freelancer?
Freelancers can be excellent, but they get sick, go on holiday, and sometimes vanish. We're a studio, not one person — your project doesn't stall because someone's away. And you have a company to phone if something breaks at 8pm on a Sunday.
What do you need from me to get started?
A 30-minute WhatsApp or video call to understand your business, your logo (or we can help), and rough content for your pages. If you don't have content, our Authority package includes professional copywriting.
