Terms of Service

1. Scope of work

Your written quote is the scope. Anything outside the listed pages, features or delivery window is a change request. We'll quote for it before starting.

2. Payment

Standard terms: 50% deposit on acceptance, 50% on launch. Alternative options — three equal monthly payments or full upfront (5% discount) — are available. Invoices are due within 7 days. Late payment attracts interest at the prime rate + 2%.

3. Timelines

Named delivery windows assume you provide content, feedback and approvals within 3 working days of each request. Delays on your side extend the timeline day-for-day.

4. Ownership

On final payment, all custom design and code we create for you becomes your property. Third-party software (WordPress, plugins, fonts) remains subject to its own licence. The domain is registered in your name and belongs to you from day one.

5. Revisions

Every package includes two rounds of design revisions. Further revisions are billed at R650/hour.

6. Care plans

Care plans are month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. On cancellation you'll receive an export of your site and full credentials.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or goodwill.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape.
